Cindy Stillwell, Producer, Writer, Director
Cindy Stillwell’s work has screened at venues worldwide, including Sundance Film Festival, MoMA, Walker Art Center, and the International Film Festival of Rotterdam. Her short films are distributed in collections from Slamdance Film Festival, Full Frame, the Journal of Short Film, and FUTURE SHORTS. She has been awarded residencies at MacDowell, Ucross Foundation and the Helene Wurlitzer Foundation. Stillwell received an MFA from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. She teaches film production in the School of Film and Photography at Montana State University in Bozeman, MT.
James S. Corrigan, Original Music
James Corrigan grew up in Boston, rural Maine, and moved to New York City in 2000 to study creative writing at the New School University. While living there he has published short stories in A Red Line Blues and collaborated with a plethora of musicians, composers and visual artists by involving himself in curating mixed media events, scoring films, scoring video
installations, and fashion. James has worked regularly with the following ensembles, ON/OFF, A Three Ring Circus, Ruby, Rivers, Swim, Alias Pail, and Wool. James has additionally participated in composed and improvised works by Jim Krull, Quincy Quartz, A Glass Buffalo, Blues, Tables, Jason Poranski, and Gang Gang Danceʼs 88 Drummers. He is also working on a series of hip-hop beats for rapper Tremaine Emory and their project InnerTubes. Jamesʼs solo record “Bits” will be released in early spring by Friendly Ghost Recordings. James currently lives in Brooklyn, NY.
Paul Tebbel, Crane Biology Consultant
Paul Tebbel has been involved with Sandhill Cranes since 1976. His background includes undergraduate and graduate research on Sandhills and managing the National Audubon Society’s Lillian Annette Rowe Sanctuary in Gibbon, Nebraska, for 11 years. During his time at the sanctuary, he led a successful capital campaign which raised $1.6 million and built the Iain Nicolson Audubon Center at Rowe Sanctuary. He also began his focus on crane behavior and eventually started a workshop in partnership with Robert Kruidenier, at Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge in San Antonio, New Mexico. These workshops are considered one of the most comprehensive on Sandhill Crane behavior available in the world. His workshops have been conducted in Nebraska and California, and he has been the keynote speaker for numerous birding festivals, including the Lodi Crane Festival and the Galt Birding Festival. He is currently the Executive Director of Friends of the River, a river advocacy organization focused on the protection of free-flowing rivers in California.
Becky Stein, Associate Producer of Distribution and Marketing
Becky Warren is a business consultant who assists organizations with process, marketing, and management. Her consulting has led to filling marketing production roles in the film industry including Hybrid Media. In addition to her extensive back ground in management consulting Becky also works as a freelance writer. Her most recent title is Day Hikes with Dogs: Western Montana, which is available on Amazon and in bookstores. She enjoys travel, dining, and outdoor recreation, which all tend to be topics of her written work. She resides in Bozeman, Montana and attempts to spend as much time as possible outside.
